Services

Services are what clients book: a haircut, massage, consultation, workout, etc. A service has a name, price, and (optionally) duration.

How services affect bookings

• Price — determines the booking cost (you can set it to 0).
• Duration — affects the occupied time and can be added up if the client selects multiple services.
• Description — helps the client understand what is included in the service.

If you set the duration to 0 minutes, the service does not increase the booking time (useful for add-on options).

Linking services to staff

• Linked services — available only with the selected specialists.
• General services — available without linking, and a staff member can be assigned automatically (if auto-assignment is enabled).

How to add a service

• Click ＋ on the Services page.
• Fill in the Name (required).
• Enter Price and, if needed, Duration.
• Add a Description (optional) and click Save.

Service status

• Active service — shown to clients in online booking.
• Inactive — hidden from clients (but may remain in history).

If you do not create services

The client will only be able to choose a date and time, and the booking will be saved without a service. This is suitable if you take bookings “just by time.”

Note: the limit and availability of this section depend on the plan (usually — PRO and BUSINESS).
