Client Booking Form

This form is needed to add an appointment manually (for example, if the client called or came in offline). After saving, the appointment will appear in the calendar.


How to open

  • Open the Calendar.
  • Click Book Client (inside the needed day or in the top menu).

Step 1 — client details

  • Name — required field.
  • Phone — required field.
    Start entering the number — the system will try to find the client in the database and show matches.
  • If the client is found, click their card.
    A “client found” block will appear — the appointment will be linked to the contact automatically.
  • The Reset button removes the selected client and returns manual input.

Step 2 — employee and/or resource

Below you can choose:

  • Employee (if there are employees).
  • Resource (if resources are configured: room/hall/equipment).

You need to choose an employee and/or a resource (depending on the settings). If the system requires it, fill in at least one of the fields.


Step 3 — date and time

  • Date — past dates cannot be selected.
  • Time — required field (appointment start time).
  • End time — optional. If not specified, the appointment will be considered to have no fixed duration.

Step 4 — services and price

  • Services — select one or more services (if they are configured).
  • The number of selected services and the total amount will be shown below.
  • Base price — the default price for the appointment. You can leave it at 0.

Saving

  • Click Book — the appointment will appear in the calendar.
  • If there are errors, they will be highlighted under the fields (required fields are marked with an asterisk).

Note: this form creates an appointment by an administrator. Client online booking via a widget/booking page is described in a separate guide.
