Online booking: how it works
Online booking lets clients choose a convenient time on their own and make an appointment without calls or messages. All created appointments automatically appear in your calendar.
How client booking works
- The client selects the date and time.
- If services are enabled, they choose a service.
- If needed, they choose a staff member, or one is assigned automatically.
- They enter contact details and confirm the booking.
After that, an appointment is created in the schedule, and the client receives confirmation through the selected communication channel.
What the system consists of
- Services — what clients book (price and duration).
- Staff — specialists clients can book with.
- Resources — rooms, halls, or equipment (if used).
- Schedule or slots — a way to manage available time.
Two operating modes
- By schedule — you define working days and hours, and the system automatically builds available time.
- By slots — you manually create specific time slots in the calendar.
Everything is configured to fit your workflow model: you can use only time, time + services, staff with automatic assignment or client selection, as well as connect resources if needed.
