Schedule Filling
Important: if schedule mode is enabled in your settings (Online Booking → Settings), you do not need to add a slot manually. If you add a slot, it will take precedence over the schedule.
Schedule filling is a quick way to create time slots for a date range based on rules: working hours, break, interval, and days off.
Result: after filling, the system will create slots that will appear in the calendar and be available for booking.
How to open
- Open the Calendar.
- Select a date and click Fill schedule (inside the day or in the ⋯ menu at the top).
Time source
The time source determines who the slots are created for:
- Employee — create slots for the selected employee.
- Resource — create slots for the selected resource (room, hall, device).
- No source — available if there are no employees (simplified mode).
If the system has only employees (or only resources), the source choice may be fixed and shown as a read-only field.
Resource employees
If the time source is Resource, you can limit which employees can work with this resource.
- Select all — adds all employees.
- Clear — removes the selection.
- Employee required — if enabled, the client will need to select an employee during booking.
If the resource employee list is empty, the "Employee required" checkbox is disabled automatically.
Creation period
- From date and To date — the range in which slots will be created.
- Past dates cannot be selected.
- The range is limited (usually up to 30 days ahead from the From date, if the limit is enabled).
Working hours and break
- Start of workday → End of workday — the window within which slots will be created.
- Break from → Break until — the time during which slots will not be created.
Interval, places, and limits
- Interval between time slots — grid step (for example 00:30 or 01:00). The smaller the interval, the more slots will be created.
- Number of places — how many clients can be booked into one slot (1 for individual booking).
-
Minimum time before booking — how many minutes before the start the slot remains available for booking.
0 — booking is available immediately, 1440 — one day in advance.
Services for created slots
This block defines which services can be selected when booking into created slots.
- No services — services are unavailable.
- All services — the full list is available.
- Employee services — only services assigned to the selected employee (if any).
- Selected only — you manually mark specific services.
If the selected employee has no services, the "Employee services" mode will be useless: add services to the employee or choose "All services / Selected only".
Days off
- Mark weekdays as days off so no slots are created on them.
- Usually Saturday/Sunday are already marked, but you can customize it as needed.
What next
- Click Fill — the slots will appear in the calendar.
- If needed, individual slots can be edited or deleted in the calendar.
