Payment method: YooKassa

What you need

To accept online payments, you need an active YooKassa store, its shopId, and a secret key. Complete store registration and verification in YooKassa before you begin.

Create the payment method

1. Open Store → Payment methods.
2. Click add and select YooKassa.
3. Enter the title and description shown to the customer.
4. Copy the HTTP notification URL provided by Mobitsa to YooKassa notification settings and enable the required events.
5. Enter the shopId and secret key from YooKassa.
6. If required, select the delivery methods for which this payment option is available.
7. Enable and save the method.

The secret key is stored as a private setting. After saving, the interface confirms that a key is configured but must not display its value.

Receipts and 54-FZ

If your store must send receipt data, enable Send receipt data (54-FZ). These settings must match your cash register and YooKassa configuration. Use your organization's requirements and guidance from your accountant or YooKassa when choosing fiscal values.

The following fiscal fields are available:

• Tax system — general, simplified income, simplified income minus expenses, unified imputed income tax, unified agricultural tax, patent system, or not specified.
• VAT rate — no VAT, 0%, 10%, 20%, calculated 10/110, or calculated 20/120.
• Payment subject — for example commodity, excise product, job, service, payment, or another available value.
• Payment mode — full or partial prepayment, advance, full or partial payment, credit, or credit payment.
• Unit of measure — piece, mass, length, area, volume, time, digital storage, or another available unit.

Tax system, payment subject, payment mode, and unit can be reset to Not specified. The initial VAT value is No VAT. Disabling receipt transmission stops sending receipts but does not automatically clear previously selected fiscal values.

Availability by delivery method

If no delivery methods are selected, verify actual availability at checkout. If one or more are selected, YooKassa should appear only with those methods. Changing bindings must not delete or rename the delivery methods themselves.

Verify after saving

1. Make sure the payment method is enabled.
2. Place a test order with an eligible delivery method.
3. Verify that YooKassa appears at checkout and opens the payment flow.
4. Verify the HTTP notification and payment-status update.
5. If receipts are enabled, verify receipt creation in YooKassa with the selected fiscal fields.
