What are delivery zones?

At Mobitsa, we do everything possible to make working with delivery easier for you. Delivery zones are one way to make this process more convenient and flexible.

What is a delivery zone?

A delivery zone is a geographic region within which a certain set of delivery methods is offered. When a customer enters their delivery address, the system automatically determines their zone and offers the available delivery methods based on that zone.

Example

Suppose you have an online store and want to offer different delivery methods for Moscow and Saint Petersburg. You can create two different delivery zones: one for Moscow and one for Saint Petersburg. Then you link different delivery methods to each of these zones.

How do you create and configure delivery zones?

Please note that for delivery zones to work correctly, in the checkout settings under "Store Options" - "Checkout", the "Country" and "Region" fields must be left as required.
