How to correctly create a product variant

Creating product variants in Mobitsa is a great way to offer your customers more choice and improve their shopping experience. Let’s look at how to do it correctly:

Open the required product for editing

Go to your product catalog section and find the product you want to add variants to.

Make sure you have product attributes

For successful variant creation, it is important that the product already has defined attributes. For example, these can be attributes such as color, size, material, and other characteristics that distinguish your products

In the "Attributes and variants" tab, you will find the following setup options:

Attributes: Your attributes will be available in the drop-down list. Make sure you have previously added the needed attributes in the menu section "Store" - "Attributes".

If you need a new attribute, you can also add it right here, by selecting the "New attribute" option.

Attributes allow you to define additional product characteristics such as size, color, etc. You can use these attributes to filter products in the store and to create product variants.

After adding an attribute, click it to select available options. Note that the options must be filled in within the attribute beforehand.

The "Enable images" option lets you assign images to options. If your product has variants, the user can choose a specific product color by clicking the corresponding variant image.
